ICE's customer support is comprehensive and complete for every aspect of a project including engineering, design, tooling, testing, manufacturing, and ongoing product analysis. ICE provides a full service program capable of turning your conceptual design into a manufacturing reality.

Engineering & Development

Our cross-functional engineering team consists of individuals who are passionate about composite design, manufacturing and automation. Pulling together skills from multiple disciplines, we have the capability to undertake any project regardless of size, complexity, or timeline.

Production

ICE's 65,000 sq. ft. facility is dedicated to composite manufacturing. Currently manufacturing as little as 1-2 parts per year for some clients, to over 1,000 production parts per week for others. Our manufacturing environment is designed to be efficient and cost effective for every project.

Machining

We offer simple & complex post-machining on prototype & production composite parts. In addition, we manufacture our own steel, aluminum & composite tool solutions to support ICE's production needs.

Bonding & Assembly

ICE strives to deliver field-ready, turn-key products upon delivery to our customers. We have a dedicated department specializing in bonding and assembling a variety of composite products.
