Technology Capabilities
Innovative Composite Engineering uses pre-impregnated (prepreg) materials to provide composite solutions in a variety of sizes and shapes. We manufacture and have experience with carbon fiber, glass and aramids (Kevlar) with epoxy, vinylester, and polyester resin matrices. We work with 250 – 300 degree F epoxies, cynate esters, phenolics, black glass, BMI’s, and other proprietary prepreg systems.
Tubing
  • Range from .100” to over 24” in diameter
  • Specializing in tubing diameters greater than 1”.
  • OD tolerance to .004” and ID tolerance to .002”.
  • Lengths up to 18’ in a single piece.
  • Mast assemblies to over 60’ in length.
  • Wall thicknesses from .010” to over 4”.
