Innovative Composite Engineering was founded in 1989 with a goal of applying composite technology from the aerospace industry to a variety of consumer and industrial products.   Guru Bike Over the past 2 decades we have engineered and manufactured composite recreational products that have utilized technology previously specific to the aerospace industry.   ICE was involved heavily in the snowboard industry and mountain bike suspension fields during the infantile stages of composite utilization.   We currently manufacture the only true “Skinny” windsurfing mast (developed and trademarked by ICE in 1992), carbon fiber bicycle tubing, bladder molded components, bear-proof backpacking canisters, structural tubing, I-14 masts, hang glider control bars and other recreational accessories.   Innovative Composite Engineering is the parent company of NOLIMITZ WINDSURFING.
